TicketLeft is a football ticket comparison platform that:

We do NOT:

3. Use of Service
3.1 Acceptable Use
You may use our Service to:

- Navigate to third-party ticket vendors

3.2 Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- Use automated systems or software to extract data ("scraping") without permission

Ticket vendors (including but not limited to Viagogo, StubHub, LiveFootballTickets, FootballTicketNet, SportsEvents365) are independent third parties. We are not responsible for:
- Their business practices
- Ticket authenticity or validity
- Pricing accuracy or changes
- Transaction completion or fulfillment
- Customer service or dispute resolution
- Refund or cancellation policies
4.2 Affiliate Relationships
We may earn commissions from ticket vendors when you click through our links and make purchases. This does not affect the price you pay. These affiliate relationships do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between us and the vendors.
4.3 Your Relationship with Vendors
When you click through to a vendor:
- You leave our Service
- You are bound by that vendor's terms and conditions
- Any transaction is solely between you and the vendor
- You must resolve any issues directly with the vendor
5. Disclaimers

- Seat locations or quality
- That purchased tickets will be delivered
- Price accuracy at point of sale
- Vendor reliability or solvency
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Exclusion of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Cost of replacement services
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
- Damages from third-party vendor transactions
- Losses from event cancellation or changes
6.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100 or the amount of any commissions we earned from your transaction, whichever is lower.

7. Intellectual Property

7.2 Limited License

- Team names, logos, and trademarks belong to respective clubs
- Event information belongs to organizers
- Vendor trademarks belong to respective companies
- We use such content for informational purposes only
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketLeft and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your transactions with ticket vendors
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Service
